Challenge accepted: Revamped two products, mid-stage rebrand, and facelift for Retailers & Enterprise. Fresh colors, 3D illustrations, and a Kiwi green makeover in branding. Applied in Product Design for a new Enterprise and Retailer experience. Result? Diagnostics Dashboard – a game-changer for Retailers, bursting with bold, refreshing, and current vibes!

Objective: Empower Retailers to monitor and troubleshoot stores seamlessly, anytime, anywhere.
The Hurdle: Retailers struggled to know if their POS was connected to Skupos, flooding our Customer Service lines.
Behind the Scenes: We delved into our customers' world – interviews, testing, brainstorming. Prototypes validated our solutions, highlighting pain points and shaping an app that clicked with users.
Outcome: Enter the Dashboard – a beacon indicating store status with traffic light colors. Red for offline, yellow for pending, green for online. Visual cues guide Retailers with a "Get Help" prompt and three easy steps to revive their store. If that fails, a click on "Chat Now" connects them to a Skupos Rep. We didn't just hear; we fixed it, making the convenience store manager and owner journey smoother! 🚦✨

Challenge 3: Unleashing Creativity on a Young Product & Brand
I had the creative green light to reshape the Skupos App UI and Experience from scratch, armed with no premises or existing graphic assets. The Skupos Director of Product Management handed me this exciting assignment.
The Process: My Product Manager spilled the beans that the entire brand and desktop apps were gearing up for a redesign. It made perfect sense to kick off this project fresh, crafting a new 'look and feel' while syncing up with the brand redesign in the works. The journey started with thoughtful tweaks, playing with new colors, typography, and graphical assets/icons. 🚀✨
